Please complete the form below if you wish to register your child for our Nursery Waiting List.

A place will be allocated to your child when they reach 3 years old providing we have spaces available.  If nursery is full, you will be allocated a space as and when a place becomes available.

You will be notified in writing when we are able to offer your child a place.  Please make sure you let us know if you change your address or telephone number as if we are unable to contact you we cannot offer you a place.
